Jamie Hackney

Jamie Hackney has extensive work experience as a chef and kitchen manager. They worked as the Head Chef and company trainer at Klondyke Group Limited from December 2018 to the present. Prior to that, they held the position of Duty Kitchen Manager at Miller & Carter Steakhouse Bar and Grill from July 2017 to December 2018. From January 2016 to July 2017, Jamie worked as the Head Chef at Joseph Holt Ltd. Before that, they held various roles as a Sous Chef at Joseph Holt Ltd from 2014 to 2016. Jamie also worked as the Duty Kitchen Manager at Mitchells & Butlers PLC from 2012 to 2014 and as the Head Chef from 2007 to 2012.

Jamie Hackney completed their education at The Manchester College and Cheadle Hulme High School. From 1999 to 2004, they attended Cheadle Hulme High School but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. From 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Nvq level 1&2 in Hospitality and Catering at The Manchester College. This was followed by another Nvq level 1&2 in Food Preparation/Professional Cooking/Kitchen Assistant from 2006 to 2008, also at The Manchester College. Lastly, from 2008 to 2010, Jamie obtained a Nvq level 3 in Hospitality and Management from The Manchester College, specializing in Hospitality Administration/Management.
