Ben Bates

Ben Bates has been with The Knot Worldwide since October 2007, most recently serving as SVP of Strategy & Business Operations. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the company's commercial strategy across 464,000 accommodation partners, 35 countries, 31 offices and 300+ employees. Prior to their current position, Bates served as Commercial Director of the Americas for Booking.com, where they were responsible for leading business planning and forecasting, including strategic planning, target setting and business reviews. Ben also oversaw all operating model change projects and programs across local offices and teams, including but not limited to projects related to roles, organizational design, tooling, productivity, strategy and reporting. Bates has a proven track record of driving change and improving efficiency within organizations, and has been instrumental in The Knot Worldwide's continued success.
