Emily Markmann is the Chief Human Resource Officer, responsible for all things people and culture at The Knot Worldwide. Bringing nearly 20 years of experience in leading award-winning, progressive HR initiatives and strategies at high-growth technology companies (Clarabridge, Vangent, Appian, MicroStrategy), Emily believes deeply in promoting a unique employee experience and its positive impact on customer experience.

Born in Argentina, Emily is native to Northern Virginia, and earned her B.A. from Francis Marion University in South Carolina.
