Stella Kowoon Kim

Stella Kowoon KIM is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in strategy, planning, finance, and human resources. Currently serving as First Vice President of Strategy & Planning at The Korea Development Bank's Singapore Branch since March 2020, Stella has led initiatives to streamline hiring processes, enhance digital recruitment channels, and implement integrated HR solutions. Previously, Stella held significant roles at Goldman Sachs, where accomplishments included supervising vendor teams, automating settlements, and improving VAT reporting efficiency. Earlier experiences at UPS and POSCO-ICPC involved financial analysis, process standardization, and management for key clients. Stella holds an MBA in Finance from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Law from Sungkyunkwan University.
