Carl Katzeff has a strong background in IT and M&A integration. Carl started in 2012 as the VP of IT and M&A Integration at The Kraft Group & Affiliates, where they provided strategic planning, talent development, and team building. Carl also led acquisition integration and developed lean technology teams. Prior to that, they were the President and Principal Consultant at Websurfer Associates, Inc. in 2009. In 2012, they founded INgageHub and guided its strategy and product development as the Founder, CTO, and Head of Product Management. From 2005 to 2009, they were the Senior VP and CIO at Brooks Automation, overseeing business process transformation and consolidation of ERP platforms. Carl began their career at The Kraft Group (New England Patriots) in 1994, serving as the CIO and CTO, providing strategic leadership in various business segments and participating in investment and M&A activities. Carl also served on the NFL Technical Advisory Committee.

Carl Katzeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley University. Carl also has a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.
