Erin McDermott is a seasoned professional in the events and hospitality industry with extensive experience in operations and sales. Currently serving as Concessions Operations Manager at The Kraft Group & Affiliates since June 2023, Erin previously held multiple managerial roles at Live Nation Entertainment, including Operations Manager at Leader Bank Pavilion and General Operations Manager at Orpheum Theatre. Erin's background also includes significant experience at House of Blues Entertainment as Event Logistics Manager, overseeing events of various sizes.
