Joseph Carchia

Joseph Carchia is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technology management and support operations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of IT Support Operations at The Kraft Group & Affiliates since May 2021, Joseph previously held multiple roles at Rhode Island College, including ITS Service Desk Manager and Lead Information Technologist from November 2007 to May 2021. Earlier in their career, Joseph was the CIO/IT Manager at Ore Ida Foods from February 2000 to October 2007. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rhode Island College, where studies were completed from 1996 to 2000, and also attended the University of Rhode Island in 1995-1996.
