Lorna Carrasquillo

Lorna Carrasquillo is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in premium services and operational management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Premium Services & Hospitality at The Kraft Group & Affiliates since May 2018, Lorna oversees the strategic operations of premium spaces at Gillette Stadium, driving revenue growth through the management of luxury suites and hospitality facilities for various events. Previous roles include Assistant General Manager of Hotel and Casino at Courtyard by Marriott Isla Verde Beach Resort, where responsibilities involved developing operational plans, and Food and Beverage Manager at both Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, and Courtyard by Marriott Isla Verde Beach Resort. Lorna holds certifications in Revenue Management and Financial Management from Cornell University and has a comprehensive educational background from Universidad de Puerto Rico, José Gautier Benítez School, and Colegio Tomas Alva Edison.
