Rob Shepard has extensive work experience in various roles, beginning with their time as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1982 to 1986. Rob then worked as a Quality Engineer/Project Manager at The Lincoln Electric Company from 1988 to 1990. Shepard then joined Reebok International Ltd., where they served as the Logistics Director from 1994 to 2004, overseeing the supply chain activities for various brands. Since 2005, Shepard has been with The Kraft Group & Affiliates, initially as the Vice President of Transportation & Logistics and later as the Vice President of Market Intelligence, Regulatory Affairs & Supply Chain Solutions. In these roles, they have created cost-effective logistics solutions and implemented market research functions to drive sales growth and achieve new business opportunities.

Rob Shepard received their MBA with a focus on Operations Management from Harvard Business School in 1988. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Math/Economics from Amherst College in 1982.
