Neesha Modi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Neesha worked at The Kresge Foundation starting in 2015, where they held positions such as Director of Programs and Social Investment, Chair of the Leadership & Infrastructure Funding Team, and Senior Program Officer for Place Based Practice and the Detroit Program. Prior to that, Neesha worked at Deloitte as a Manager from 2012 to 2015. Neesha also gained experience as a Nonprofit Consultant at Civic Consulting Alliance in 2010 and as a Supply Chain Management Consultant at Accenture from 2005 to 2009. Neesha holds a Dual MBA/MS from the University of Michigan, where they attended the Erb Institute from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they served as an Organizational Development Advisor at the Fountain of Sustainable Livelihoods in 2008.
Neesha Modi has a diverse educational background. Neesha holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Additionally, they obtained a Masters of Science in Natural Resources and Sciences with a focus on Behavior, Education, and Communication from the University of Michigan. Neesha also has a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, where they also pursued dual minors in International Development and International Business. In 2023, they obtained a certification as a Certified Professional Diversity Coach from the CoachDiversity Institute.
