Previously, Tosha held key leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Lending at Invest Detroit and Vice President, Head of Detroit Philanthropy at JPMorgan Chase, where responsibilities included directing charitable giving in Michigan. Tosha's extensive career began at Bank of America, advancing through roles such as Corporate Social Responsibility Manager and Business Banking Officer. Tosha's educational background includes a Master’s in Urban Planning from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University, along with advanced education from prestigious institutions such as the American Bankers Association and The Wharton School.
