Joy Ebo

Joy Ebo, PharmD, CPh, MS, serves as the Quality Assurance Manager for GPV & Clinical at Civica Rx since April 2023, focusing on quality drug complaint resolutions, developing standard operating procedures, and overseeing pharmacovigilance services. Previously, Ebo has held positions including Assistant Pharmacy Manager at Kroger, MTM Clinical Pharmacist at Truentity Health, and Pharmacy Manager at CVS Pharmacy, where contributions included improving patient access to medications, managing pharmacy operations and compliance, and enhancing medication therapy management. Ebo's extensive experience in clinical trials and research coordination, demonstrated through previous roles at various clinical research organizations, complements a strong educational background, including a PharmD from Palm Beach Atlantic University and an MS in Clinical Research Management from UNTHSC.
