Stacey Heiser

Stacey Heiser is a seasoned legal professionals with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Kroger since January 2012. Prior to this role, Stacey held the position of Director, Associate General Counsel at Kendle International from May 1999 to August 2011, where responsibilities included advising C-suite management on critical business issues and developing documents for domestic and international business acquisitions. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at Huffy Corporation from June 1994 to May 1999, where duties encompassed negotiating business acquisition documents, trademark agreements, and managing various legal issues, earning the Manager of the Year Award in 1999. Additional roles include law clerk positions at GE and Morrow, Gordon, as well as a research assistant role at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Stacey holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Denison University.
