Theresa Weik

Theresa Weik is an experienced manufacturing and operations leader with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Sr. Continuous Improvement Manager at Kroger since June 2024, Theresa has a diverse background with previous roles including Operations Excellence Manager at Prysmian Group, and Director of Operations at NODE40. Additional experience includes positions such as Process Improvement Leader at T. Marzetti Company, Continuous Improvement Manager at Perfetti Van Melle, and Enterprise Lean Sigma Manager at Avery Dennison. Notably, Theresa has extensive tenure at Kellogg Company, where roles included Manufacturing Reliability Site Lead and Sr. Continuous Improvement Manager.
