Kim Senn Cross

Kim Senn Cross is the Founder and President of The KSC Group. Kim has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on property management software.

Kim started their career at Prime Group, where they were part of the IT team and directly managed the property management support team. In this role, Kim was responsible for providing daily support for onsite and corporate staff members, training, and implementation of new programs for the operations team. Kim also worked closely with vendors to bring tighter integration into Prime Group's property management software.

In 2012, Kim joined Property Solutions International Inc. as Vice President Entrata Conventional. In this role, Kim assisted with the development of the Entrata Property Management Software business tool. Kim was the subject matter expert for the features and functionality of the product, and they worked closely with the development team - including overseas development - to mature the product in preparation for market. Kim was also instrumental in building the Entrata team that would train, implement, and support the Entrata product suite.

In their current role as Founder & President of The KSC Group, Kim is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations. Under Kim's leadership, The KSC Group has quickly become a leading provider of property management software solutions.

Kim Senn Cross has a degree in General Business from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Louisiana State University. Kim also attended Woodlawn High School.
