Neale Cotton

Neale Cotton is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Lab, a creative human understanding practice with over 50 strategic thinkers across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. Since March 2006, Neale has led the organization in combining cultural intelligence, behavioral science, and disruptive technology to provide innovative insights that help brands navigate a changing societal landscape. Prior to this, Neale worked in marketing at GM Holden from September 1997 to March 2006. Neale holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and has a Bachelor of Business (Honours) in Marketing as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Monash University. Neale's educational background also includes attendance at Caulfield Grammar.
