Luca Rapetti

Luca Rapetti has a wealth of work experience in the hospitality industry. Luca began their career in 2011 as an Assistant Bar Manager at Westin Hotels & Resorts. In 2015, they took on roles as a Bartender at The Ritz London and The Lanesborough. Luca also became a Columnist - Historian for BarTales, an Italian bartending web magazine. In 2017, they became the Head Bartender at Brown's Hotel. In 2018, they took on roles as a Judge at London Competitions and Assistant Bar Manager (acting Bar Manager) at L'oscar London. In 2020, they became the Bar Manager and Assistant Bar Manager at Shangri-La The Shard, London. In 2021, they became a Curator at the UK Bartenders Guild. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Prestige Development Manager and Brand Development Manager at The Lakes Distillery.

Luca Rapetti obtained a Level 2 Award in Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2019. In 2015, they were the Best Student in the Bar Management course at the I.B.A. Training Centre Singapore - Elite Bartender Course JWC. In 2013, they were the Best Student in the Bar management course at the I.B.A. Training Centre Europe - Elite Bartender Course JWC. In 2008, they obtained a Certificate of passing the first level course in Bartending/Bartender from A.I.B.E.S. basic course for bartenders. Between 2000 and 2005, they obtained a Diploma di maturità classica in Classical Literatures and Languages from Liceo Classico "F.Delpino" Chiavari, Ge, Italy.
