Rachel brings a wealth of hospitality experience to the Concierge Manager role, having spent the first five years of her career working at The Yale Club, most recently as Membership Development Director. Combining this with her personal experience as a patient and patient advocate, Rachel is excited to empower patients to navigate their complex healthcare system, while creating a joyful doctor's office experience along the way.
