Fio Trethewey is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in operations management, writing, and education. Currently serving as Deputy Operations Manager at The Lancet, Fio oversees a team that facilitates the publication process for multiple journals. In addition, Fio provides editorial support and has a robust freelance career as an artist and writer, notably contributing audio dramas to Big Finish Productions and writing articles for Doctor Who Magazine. Previous positions include Programme Support Assistant at the University of the West of England and roles in various production capacities. Fio holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Animation from the University of the West of England and has experience teaching media-related subjects in a Pupil Referral Unit.
