Marcia Triunfol has extensive experience in science and medical writing, editing, and communications, with a diverse career spanning over two decades. Currently a writer of news pieces for The Lancet since 2008, Marcia also serves as a science/medical writer and editor at Publicase International, where responsibilities include editing various scientific documents and conducting workshops for early-career scientists. Previous roles include Scientific Advisor at Humane Society International, part-time editor and writer at Instituto de Medicina Molecular, Communications Officer at the National Laboratory of Scientific Computation, and staff positions at the National Institutes of Health and AAAS.
