Rachel Stroer

Rachel Stroer has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Rachel currently serves as the President of The Land Institute, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to becoming President, they served as the Acting President from July 2020 to March 2021. Rachel also held the role of Chief Strategy Officer at The Land Institute from July 2018 to July 2020 and Chief Operating Officer from May 2016 to July 2018. Further back in their career, they were the Director of Strategic Operations at The Land Institute from January 2015 to May 2016. Before joining The Land Institute, Rachel worked as a Senior Consultant at Pershing Yoakley & Associates from March 2014 to November 2014. Rachel also worked as the Communications and Investor Relations Senior Manager at Corridor InfraTrust Management, LLC from February 2011 to June 2013. Their earlier experience includes working as a Sustainable Planning Strategist at BNIM from August 2006 to January 2011 and as a Freelance Associate at Horse Power LLC from February 2006 to June 2006.

Rachel Stroer completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Individualized studies at New York University's Gallatin School from 1999 to 2003. Ten years later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued their EMBA with a focus on Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
