Christhannah Luten

Christhannah Luten, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at The Larkin Company since January 2022. Previously, Christhannah held the role of Director of Human Resources at Crestwood Behavioral Health, where strategic HR initiatives were developed to align with organizational goals. Prior to that, Christhannah was the Executive Director and CHRO at Alluma, overseeing multiple HR functions across various states. Additional experience includes positions as Director of Human Resources for the State of California and The Community College Foundation, and HR Manager at Direct Destinations Ltd. Christhannah began the career in education as a teacher and worked in HR roles at Sony Ericsson. Christhannah holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Obafemi Awolowo University.
