Alicia Evans

Alicia Evans is the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at AmerisourceBergen. With over 30 years of experience in the legal profession and over 20 years in the healthcare industry, she provides legal support to the Lash Group business.

Ms Evans's legal expertise spans multiple areas including contracts, specialty pharmacy, and wholesale regulatory practice and litigation support. Ms. Evans also supports the Lash Group Compliance team and works to ensure that state and federal regulatory compliance standards are implemented throughout the business.

Before joining AmerisourceBergen, she was a member of the CVS Caremark law department where she specialized in PBM operations, PBM formulary, P&T committee, clinical programs, utilization management, specialty pharmacy, and pharmaceutical trade contracting.

Ms. Evans holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas and earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center.
