Shauntavia Michelle Stafford, MATLT, currently serves as Operations Manager and Special Projects Liaison at Lash Group since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Patient Case Coordinator at Lash Group, Early Childcare Program Executive Coordinator/Project Manager at Knowledge is Power/Dream Children I & II, and Lead Teacher for three-year-olds at Chesterbrook Academy. Shauntavia has also worked as Learning Center Coordinator at YWCA Central Carolinas and owned Tavia's Desserts, where responsibilities included customer service and community outreach. Additional experience includes serving as Customer Service Manager at BJ's Wholesale Club. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, along with an Associate’s Degree in Education from Central Piedmont Community College.
