Noelle Peter

Noelle Peter, CFE has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Noelle began their career as an Operations Manager at Focus Fitness Mainline and Brandywine, where they managed the daily operations and played a key role in building brand awareness. Noelle then became a Business Consultant for herself, providing consulting services to clients. Noelle later joined Little Nest Portraits as the Director of Franchise Development and Operations, where they successfully transformed the business into a national franchise operation. In their most recent role as Director of Operations at The Lash Lounge, Noelle directed franchisee locations, ensuring compliance with system standards and maximizing sales results. Noelle also served as a Senior Franchise Business Manager and a Franchise Business Manager at The Lash Lounge.

Noelle Peter, CFE, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising and Retail from Marymount College-Fordham University in Tarrytown, NY, from 1984 to 1988. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) certification from CFE in February 2022.
