Varun Sadana

Varun Sadana has a Master in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro’s Bryan School of Business. Varun also is a 2004 graduate of the University of Delhi, New Delhi, India, from where he received a Bachelor of Commerce degree. In addition, he has a Post-Graduation Diploma in Export Marketing Management from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, India.

Prior to joining The Launch Place team, Varun worked as a Business Consultant at Benefit Group, LLC – insurance brokerage firm in Greensboro, N.C., and developed high quality market research and analysis projects. In India, he also worked for Milan Agency, regional distributors of lubricants and engine oils and Milan Diesel Service, spare part retailer and service provider of diesel pumps, crank grinding, fuel injection pumps, water bodies and engine testing.

Varun’s strengths are in management science, advanced business statistics, corporate strategy and finance functions, global financial markets and security analysis. As The Launch Place’s Vice President, he manages several management consulting projects and works with business consultants and interns from area colleges and universities. He also leads the due-diligence process for the seed and pre-seed investment opportunities.

Varun has Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate from Virginia Tech and Project Management course certification from UNCG. He is currently pursuing executive management course from UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School.
