Moumita Rahman

Moumita Rahman started their work experience in 2009 as an Associate Attorney at Barr, Post & Associates, where they worked in the Bankruptcy and Litigation Department. Moumita handled various tasks such as preparing and filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions, representing debtors at Section 341 Meetings, and handling personal injury cases which involved drafting complaints, bills of particulars, summary judgment motions, and discovery responses. In 2010, Moumita Rahman founded their own law firm, The Law Firm Of Moumita Rahman, PLLC, where they currently serve as the Chief Executive Officer.

Moumita Rahman obtained a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School during the years 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts in History from Southern Methodist University from 2000 to 2004.
