Legal Assistant – Intake Department

Our growing law firm is currently seeking positive, empathetic, and professional legal assistant for our Intake Department. The ideal candidate will be able to provide legal consultation to prospective clients to develop leads to grow our business.

Legal Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor all potential new client inquiries (email, phone, etc.) Provide legal consultations to prospective clients that are looking for an Attorney for representation. Convert qualified potential new clients to firm clients. Build strong and successful relationships with clients in a friendly and helpful manner. Meet with client’s facilitate electronic or in-person sign-ups. Ensure all client retainer documents are accurate and complete. Perform other duties related to case management as assigned

Legal Assistant Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree 2+ years as a legal assistant, customer service or similar experience Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. Bilingual in English/Spanish Must have excellent communication skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet daily and monthly goals Team player
