Nicholas P. Passantino

Nicholas P. Passantino is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.

Nick specializes in representing property owners in first party insurance disputes including hurricane, fire, water, and mold claims. Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, he was a regional attorney at a prominent New York/New Jersey firm with offices throughout the country where he specialized in representing Fortune 500 companies and insurance companies.

Nick graduated from Wagner College with a B.A. in Political Science. He then completed his J.D. at St. Thomas University School of Law.
