Raymond Powers is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.
His principal focus is on representing property owners in first party insurance disputes including hurricane, fire, water, and mold claims.
Raymond has a variety of litigation experience. Following law school, he worked for the Florida Department of Corrections handling complex litigation and employment issues. He then joined a well-known civil defense firm, where he gained invaluable trial experience representing defendants, corporations, and insurance companies throughout the state.
Raymond is uniquely positioned to use his experience to provide his clients with the results they deserve when fighting against the very defendants and insurance carriers that he used to represent.
Raymond graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in English. He then completed his J.D. at Stetson University.
