Brianne Scott is an experienced professional with a focus on membership services and customer support. Since December 2016, Brianne has been a Membership Services Representative at the Law Society of Alberta, where responsibilities include reviewing applications, following up with applicants, and assisting lawyers and applicants with registration processes. Prior to this role, Brianne worked as a Customer Service Representative at the Law Society, helping various stakeholders navigate its services. Brianne's experience also includes roles at TELUS Spark and Shaw Communications, where guest engagement and issue resolution were key responsibilities. In addition, Brianne served as an Office Administrator at CKM Financial, handling office duties and client communications. Brianne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Calgary.
