Heather Gustafson

Heather Gustafson has over a decade of experience in customer service and management roles, currently serving as Customer Service Supervisor at the Law Society of Alberta since September 2017, with a progression of positions including Customer Service Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, and Office Services Technician. Prior to this role, Heather managed Pies Plus Cafe from June 2011 to June 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, earned between 2015 and 2017.
