Regina Elias has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, having held various roles such as Human Resources Manager, Recruitment Consultant, and Human Resources Officer. Regina is currently the Head of Human Resources at The Law Society of NSW, where Regina leads both the Human Resources and Payroll functions and is a member of the Senior Management Group. Regina graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University.
