Stephanie Hanson

Stephanie Hanson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and corporate law. Currently serving as a Law Society Intellectual Property Law Committee Member since September 2023, Stephanie plays a key role in influencing law reform and supporting solicitors in the legal profession. As Chief Legal Officer at Tag Worldwide since July 2018, responsibilities include overseeing global legal, risk, and compliance matters while also acting as an ESG sponsor. Previous roles include Senior Legal Director for EMEA at Tag, Legal Counsel at the Financial Times, and Senior Legal Counsel at The Carbon Trust, among others. Educationally, Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Greenwich and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.
