Valerie Robertson

Valerie Robertson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in policy development and project management within the fields of pro bono and public legal education. Currently serving as the Pro Bono and Public Legal Education Policy Adviser at The Law Society since July 2016, Valerie leads strategic initiatives and collaborates with various stakeholders on projects such as the Pro Bono Charter and Major Incidents Response Plan. Previously, in roles focused on modernizing justice, charity management, and legal support, Valerie cultivated key relationships, implemented marketing campaigns, and secured funding for pro bono initiatives. Valerie holds an MSc with distinction in Management of Civil Society and has contributed significantly to charitable organizations within the legal sector.
