Aaron Phipps

Aaron Phipps is Senior Vice President and CFO at The Lawson Companies. He is a seasoned real estate professional with over 19 years of real estate, private equity, and corporate accounting experience. His real estate experience includes extensive involvement of acquisition, disposition, equity offering, and debt financing transactions along with oversight of accounting and financial reporting for both private and publicly traded companies. Aaron has worked in both the investment real estate and private equity industries, focusing in debt & equity structuring, underwriting, recapitalizations and joint ventures. He previously worked for AIMCO, Windrose Medical Properties Trust (now part of Welltower, Inc.) and Advent International.

Aaron oversees the Accounting, Human Resources, IT and Corporate Office departments while being a member of the Development and Acquisitions team. In addition, he oversees the Partnership Administration and Asset Management functions of the company.

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Purdue University.
