Judy Lawton

Judy Lawton has over 30 years of experience in the staffing industry. Judy is the Founder and CEO of TLC Staffing, a privately-held firm based in Southern California. Since 1985, Judy has successfully brought together talented individuals with great companies. Prior to starting TLC Staffing, they worked as a Division Manager at Technical Staffing Associates from 1982 to 1985. Before that, Judy served as an Assistant Director at the San Diego County Organization of Private Education (SCOPE) from 1978 to 1982.
