Van Lam

Van Lam joined The Leaders Group in May of 2011 and was promoted to Compensation Team Lead in 2014. She continued that role through 2018, and while she is still the current Compensation Manager, she also became a part of the Supervisory Management team. Van brings excellent internal and external service with consistently high attention to details, analytics, and organizational skills. This helps ensure continuity, and by implementing proper procedural protocol, she and her team make certain compensations are disbursed in a timely manner on a weekly basis. In her time with the company, Van has attained the FINRA Series 7, Series 66 and Series 26 registrations, along with the Colorado State Life & Health Insurance Producer License.

Van graduated from Metropolitan State University with bachelors’ degrees in Finance and Computer Information Systems. Before joining the Leaders Group, she worked at JP Morgan as a Retirement Education Specialist and as an IT Technician at Metro State University. Van was born in Saigon, Vietnam but moved to Colorado at a young age, so she essentially considers herself a native.
