National Facilitator And Coach at The Leadership Academy

Wilhelmina Glover has extensive experience in educational leadership and coaching, currently serving as a Coach at the University of Rochester since August 2015, where focus lies on facilitating critical reflection among school system leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities. Simultaneously, since February 2013, Glover works as a National Facilitator and Coach at the New York City Leadership Academy, specializing in curriculum design and executive facilitation for educational leadership academies. Previous roles include Acting School Chief for the Rochester City School District in late 2016 and 2017, overseeing 14 K-12 schools, and Coordinator of Curriculum & Executive Coaching at the Rochester Leadership Academy, where Glover developed curricula and professional learning initiatives aimed at improving school performance. Glover’s educational career began as a Principal in the Rochester City School District from July 1989 to August 2008.
