Frances Frei is a prominent academic and leader in the fields of business education and leadership development. Since July 1998, Frances has served as a professor at Harvard Business School, holding multiple high-level positions, including Senior Associate Dean for Executive Education and Faculty Recruiting and Planning. Frances has played a pivotal role in curriculum development as Chair of the MBA Required Curriculum and as Course Head for the Field Immersion Experiences for Leadership Development program. In addition to academic roles, Frances is the co-founder of The Leadership Consortium, aimed at enhancing leadership potential among diverse talent. Frances also hosts a podcast, "Fixable," and has authored several influential works published by Harvard Business Publishing. Previously, Frances held senior leadership positions, including SVP of Leadership and Strategy at Uber, and served on the board of Robinhood, participating in key committees. Frances earned a PhD in Operations and Information Management from The Wharton School and a BA in Computer Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania.
