Romina Rugova, MBA, has extensive experience in finance and operations management across several organizations. Most recently, Romina served as Fractional CFO at The Leadership Program and held leadership positions as VP of Finance and Operations at TANYA TAYLOR and VP of Finance and HR at Stoney Clover Lane. Romina was also the Controller of Finance & HR at Mansur Gavriel and served as Sr. Finance Manager - Gap Global at Gap Inc. Romina Rugova holds an MBA from Fordham University.
