Ilaria Rizzo

Ilaria Rizzo has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Member Enablement at The Leading Hotels of the World since September 2002, where responsibilities include educating new staff about membership benefits and overseeing the onboarding of new member hotels alongside PMS and RMS integrations. Prior roles include Account Manager for Distribution Support Services, where Ilaria was the primary contact for approximately 90 hotel members across several countries, and a Reservations Agent at Le Meridien Call Center in Italy. Ilaria also held positions as a Secretary at ANIE Federazione and a Hotel Reservationist at Hogg Robinson Inc. Education was completed at Istituto Tecnico Pier Paolo Pasolini from 1995 to 1999.
