Roy Rodgers

Roy Rodgers is an experienced professional currently serving as a Package Submitting Officer (PSO) at The Leading Niche since December 2020, where responsibilities include supporting validation activities under the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and assisting Navy Validators with assessment package updates via eMASS. Prior to this role, Roy worked as an Information System Security Engineer at TIAG® from April 2019 to June 2021 and has a notable tenure in the US Navy from August 1982 to October 2007, where Roy retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officer after serving as an Information System Technician and Radioman. Roy is pursuing a Master of Divinity (MDiv) at Belhaven University from July 2024 to September 2026 and holds a Master of Science (MS) in Cybersecurity from Saint Leo University, completed in 2017.
