Gail Williams Glasser is an experienced professional in public policy, grant writing, and compliance within health and social services. Currently serving as the Director at The League for People with Disabilities, Gail has successfully led the agency in achieving a three-year CARF accreditation and has extensive experience consulting for the National Minority AIDS Council and the US Government's Department of Health & Human Services. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Building Communities Today For Tomorrow, and AIDS Program Manager for the Maryland Department of Health. Gail holds a Doctor of Education in Public Policy from American University, a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University.
