Paul Alper

Paul Alper, BA, LCC, serves as a Senior Advisor at The Leapfrog Group since August 2022. As President and CEO of Next Level Strategies, LLC, founded in 1997 and re-branded in 2018, Paul leads a strategic consulting practice focused on innovative healthcare technology and products, collaborating with major healthcare companies and non-profits. Paul also held the role of Chief Patient Safety Innovation Officer at Arrowsight Inc from January 2023 to October 2023, introducing a mobile camera cart system for monitoring sanitation practices. Distinct past roles include Vice President of Patient Safety Innovation at Medline Industries and Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at SC Johnson Professional, where Paul pioneered the DebMed® electronic monitoring system. Furthermore, Paul was instrumental in the launch of PURELL into the consumer market at GOJO Industries. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and completed coursework for an MBA at Boston University.
