Scott Heptonstall

Scott Heptonstall possesses extensive experience in operations management and leadership within the education and tourism sectors. As Head of Global Operations at The Learning Adventure from August 2022 to March 2024, Scott enhanced global operational frameworks to emphasize safety and efficiency. Previous roles include Head of Operations TLA Asia and Regional Operations Manager Asia, where Scott drove strategic initiatives and rebranded operational efforts post-COVID. Prior to these roles, Scott worked with EF Education First, managing international tours and coordinating new Tour Director recruitment in the UK and Ireland. Additional experiences include serving as Lead Presenter for thetogetherworks and Assistant Producer at Warner Bros International Television Production. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Bristol and studied Chemistry at the University of Montpellier.
