Nicole Roy is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Partner at The Learning Forum since 2023, Nicole facilitates confidential peer learning among senior leaders from major companies and government agencies. As a Strategic Advisor at Newberry Solutions since 2022, Nicole focuses on talent development experience strategy and design. Nicole's previous role as VP, Talent Management & Organizational Development at UKG involved creating a comprehensive global talent strategy. At Deloitte, which spanned nearly 18 years, Nicole held multiple leadership roles including VP/Managing Director, where innovative talent management strategies were developed to address modern workforce needs. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Maine.
