Certified Trainer Karen Hyder

Karen Hyder is a CompTIA Certified Trainer with extensive experience in online event production and facilitator coaching. Currently serving as the Elearning Director at Hearing First since November 2016, Karen focuses on coaching facilitators and producing online sessions for a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing free training for professionals and families of children who are deaf or hard of hearing. Karen has also held roles at Kaleidoscope Training and Consulting, The eLearning Guild, TMA World, and the American Management Association, where responsibilities included ensuring effective communication and engagement in online learning environments. Karen's earlier experience includes positions in trainer development and software training with Corporate Learning Ltd., Logical Operations, and Ziff-Davis Education. Karen holds a BA in English and Communications from St. John Fisher University and completed college entrance studies in English Language and Literature at Mount Mercy Academy.
