Susana Martins

Susana Martins is an experienced professional in the field of education and training, currently serving as Coordenadora de Formação at Nova Etapa since January 2000. At Nova Etapa, Susana has been responsible for organizing, developing, and coordinating inter- and intra-company training courses and projects, leading a team of local coordinators, and evaluating performance and client satisfaction. Susana's expertise extends to designing training methodologies, creating course curricula for various formats including eLearning and bLearning, and conducting assessments of training impact. Additionally, Susana has engaged in the recruitment and selection of trainers and has been an active speaker at workshops and conferences. Susana holds a degree in Sociology from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
