Robert Shepherd

Robert Shepherd has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Robert started their career at The Student Support Centre as a Sales Manager from 1995 to 1999. Following that, they worked at Pathway Resourcing as an Internal Recruitment and Retention Manager, where they played a crucial role in attracting top talent and implementing recruitment strategies. In 2009, they joined Hays Education as a Business Manager, responsible for managing and developing the Permanent sales function. Robert then moved on to The Learning People in 2012, where they held various roles such as Sales Manager and Head of Sales, contributing to the company's growth and becoming Europe's top eLearning provider.

Robert Shepherd attended Bournemouth University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Retail Management BA Hons degree with a focus on Marketing.
